This is similar with me. It is named 'storage fraud' (?) / 'positional vertigo'?. These are wrongly sorted tiny crystal stones in the ear.
On the other hand, exercises help to tilt the upper body quickly from one side to the other while sitting.
Maybe you can understand what I wrote.
