That one I don't know the answer to as I'm not in charge of managing the website, Forums or access to them. We did just install an update to the software on Friday, February 3rd:

I can tell you that VTCI's home page has been revamped to remove the old pull-down menus and replaced some of them with live links: there is a link to the Forum toward the top of the page
