Never was much impressed with the 32 styling, now the 33's different story....
From what I have read over the years the Model 18 V8 was not all that great, but it did get Ford into the market at their price range with a V8. Until about mid 32, they used the Model A ring and pinion setup rear end but with bigger brakes.
