thank you david. the 6 that hold the dash to the cowl are "truss head", i bought a bag of 50 from mcmaster car, (i guess i need to buy a lot more old fords) , they are a wider head, convex on the top. so a "binding head" screw is wider also, like a pan head but wider with some sort of serrations for binding? like a lock washer built in? i can see the part numbers in your chart, but cant quite read the descriptions. thanks for your effort, i'll google it up and try to find some.
