I used them as a youngster because my family did but I stopped when the inside collapsed on a race motor many years back. Now I only use OEM and Wix. I have used Napa Gold in a pinch in engines I'm not that fussy about.

Just for the record I use WIX filters. I'm just saying all the problems I have heard about Fram filters were from 15 years ago.
