Default 1914 Touring Pass Rear Door Striker Plate

The striker plate on my passenger rear door is not fastened tight to the door column. The screws appear to be original, flat head. However, I'm not certain they are wood screws. There are three fasteners for the striker plate with a forth hole that appears to be used as a location hole to the door column (no fastener). One fastener just turns and does not get tight.

Are these fasteners wood screws or are they flat headed machine screws with a nut on the other side? There is no access to the other side due to the way the front seat and door column are constructed. The front seat upholstery would have to be removed I think. Maybe its best to just leave striker plate slightly loose but in annoys me! Thanks for any information you may have. Ed
