AMEN! Your expectations are not too high. Not at all. You, like me, expect to get what we pay for in a timely fashion.
I have stated such numerous times and have been "jumped on" by many that feel "it's the best we can find", etc.
Those are the persons that make it possible for businesses to thrive selling infierior products and offering poor service.
