John, search on YouTube for rubber casting. I have done a limited amount and I need to build a degassing chamber before I go on, but the concept is very simple. I am going to the archives in the next few months, so if you will get me the part numbers of the rubber pieces you want to cast, I will pull them for you. Then draw them in CAD and use a 3D printer to make your pattern, and you can make your mold(s) from that.
