A page from the original 1935 Ford Sales Brochure promoting the new "All Steel Closed Bodies by Ford". You will note that the statement only mentions the "closed" bodies and doesn't include the "open" bodies, as the open bodies still retained wood in the cowl and doors. Notice that Ford used the Body Badge in their Advertising.
What is unusual in this photo is the "X" in the side panel of the Cowl. Early 35 Fords did not have this "X".
