I thought the factory installation of solid rear bumpers were reserved for DeLuxe vehicles such as 40B, 180A, 400A, et/al after the length of bumpers were decreased to 60" in late 1930. Naturally a dealer could have installed them as an accessory but not sure they would have been standard on a Fordor. Am I wrong??

Brent. You are right. I doubt if fordors came with full length rear bumpers as well. I bought this car 3 months ago and it came this way. Pretty sure some previous owner did the switch. Sorry for the confusion. mike
