Put the unit in a vise and adjust each gap by either bending the rotor or filing the point in the body to achieve the proper gap. Found out the hard way that the body is not very accurate they very in length. Luckily there was no damage done when the rotor impacted the body during start up. Had to buy new rotor and body which had the same problem, so I adjusted them this time and everything worked out great after that.
