You have to first find out if you have a grounded solenoid or an insulated solenoid, if you have a grounded solenoid you put 12 volts to the small 10/32 terminal on the solenoid from the starter button or ignition switch, if you have a insulated solenoid your starter button must be grounded on the dash and the wire from the button goes to the 10/32 terminal on the solenoid,
