Re: running boards
My father in law used to tell of when his family had a general store. He often had to deliver bags of wheat, pollard, bran etc. The best place for them was just thrown in between the side of the bonnet and the mudguard, just behind the headlight bar. They'd ride there for miles with no sign of moving.
