Same in the People's Republic of Illinois. Most tax money they keep sucking out of us goes to try to finance the giant pension fund (which today's paper says is $111 billion in the hole) that the legislators created for themselves. The money never makes it to where it's supposed to go to.
Some clown in the E.U. recently stated that the U.S. needs to increase the gasoline tax a dollar a gallon. Like that would 'solve' anything, only would let gov-mint spend more on themselves and the low lifes who won't work
