Had a talk with Gene in Mississippi and he helped solve the problem by removing the coil wire altogether, it is not need.
He also said that the OD will operate with out a toggle switch. So after a road test, it is true. System will work with out a toggle switch. BUT, if you want a switch, run the wire to the governor to the switch.
