Scotch-Weld 1300 or 1300L is what a lot of shops use to install deicer boots onto the wings of airplanes. It is formulated more for neoprene rubber. I have no idea what your covers are made of. Whether you can get it in your location or not is another question. If you know any local aircraft mechanics, you might ask them what they use.


If it doesn't stick it isn't the right stuff. If nothing is found in Zimbabwe, maybe down in South Africa?
