That's my wanted ad....
I always say it never hurts to ask...
The intake base is a stock 33 Ford part, with the riser for the Lubricator carb cut down and capped off. The upper section was cast new at the time and added to the modified base. These were done in the late 1930s, but I recall several years ago, someone on eBay was selling a top only that was out of a very small run of new made pieces. I want to say that there were only five or ten made then, but don't quote me on that. I read a quote somewhere that there were several hundred of them made originally.

If no-one has a Jack Henry, I'd be willing to settle for a Davies or an Alexander.... haha����
