I have mine registered as a normal car, not a historical vehicle, so I have normal plates. Agreed value insurance, and they know it is driven regularly.

Here in Ohio this is all you are allowed to do with historical plates:
"vehicle must be more than 25 years old and be used solely as a collector's item for participation in club activities, exhibitions, tours, parades, and similar uses. The vehicle may be operated to and from a location where maintenance is performed"
