I also use the PC 680 Its in a non barn friendly car with a sbc
.Been in the car 5 years no issues.Left the key on and ran the battery dead,I didn't have the correct charger to charge it with as per the instruction.I used a regular charger and it worked just fine.I was skeptical at first but they work good
