Like Lawson said, Gators are a common occurrence

however, I've yet to see any Burmese Pythons here in central Florida... the Python situation (so far) has been in the Everglades in south Florida. Swamp land in Florida has always been relatively inexpensive although now, most of it is protected and home to indigenous wildlife as well as some unwelcomed guests.

anyone who denies experiencing either has never driven a Flathead further then on and off a trailer.
