You can do it with gas in the tank, just low enough that the level is well below the hole in the tank. It's also more pleasant to do in a well ventilated location so you don't smell so many gas fumes.
James, Me & the Dog like to get HIGH on the gas fumes. I once heard of an Old Painter, who put 4 drops of Lacquer Thinner in his BLACK COFFEE And I DON'T make up these WEIRD stories
