Well after checking all the options you guys said to look into regarding chatter I decided to go back to the manifold, this time I used a good magnifying glass and went all over it and yes I found a very slight soot trace, anyway removed the offending part and I was surprised to see that the gasket was totally shot even though you could hardly see form the outside, anyway new gasket fitted chatter gone, even though this tread was stared by Rob63mess it helped me sort the heap, thanks to everyone for the imput
