You do, of course, have the inside window frames and inside door panels removed? Then, for the front windows, loosen the channel between the window and the vent window and slide it forward enough to get the main roll up window in. Attach it to the raising mechanism then slide the channel back in place and secure. That's how I do it. Others may have other ideas.
