19Fordy, Both of my 40s all go fully to the left when cold and don't move until there is noticeable heat being generated. Maybe 80+ years of dust is interfering with the downward movement or the tiny spring that brings it back is finally too tired. PM me as I probably have some extra NOS gauges, I will look tomorrow afternoon.
