THIS. I think fenders are more prone to damage over the many years and easily replaced with fiberglass reproductions. As well as the multitude of fiberglass reproduction body's. When a car is advertised as 'all steel' it means that all of the body is steel and not fiberglass. I think most people know or are aware of the fact that these cars have wooden frames. It is irrelevant whether there has been body work (bondo) done to the car as far as 'all steel' is concerned.
