There was a Ford company that made tools but had no connection to Ford Motor Company. Most all the screw drivers till the introduction of plastic handles that I know of had wood handles. Or if it the correct Ford script, could have been a promotional item made by a dealer but most of the time it would have had the dealers name. or it's home made out of a part that just happened to have Ford stamped on it. ( I check 2N, 8N and 9N tractors they seemed to have the wood handled type)
