The original wiring on my bird was a 2 wire and the flasher was in a clip by the steering column as I remember. So running the 3rd terminal to ground should solve it.
Edit. I went and looked, Jets shows them for both 2 and 3 terminals now.

Miker........you are correct. I put them in my 12V avatar and all I did was to install the bulbs-nothing else.
