YOUR FUEL PUMP is getting ready to give it up .
.... the diaphragm is; old, hard, and can't flex as needed to pump at lower pressure.....so this is where to high pressure is coming from.
.. it will soon break, ...look for it....get the pump rebuild by one of the "fordbarnrs", that do pumps......
