If so, I feel for the trio of cars I passed on Rte 15 south in Berlin, CT this morning. All three off the highway, lead car with the hood up. On my way back from doing an errand for work they had migrated farther south to Meriden, CT about 5 miles and again all 3 pulled over (in a bad spot).
Hopefully they got the problem(s) resolved.
No way could I have stopped to offer help, sorry.
Were They (you) Barners??
