The photo with the grease cup almost looks like someone tried to make a way to grease the service brake cross shaft bushing. I can't see how the grease cup would clear the bracket. Also I think this is someone's idea that didn't get finished ie: no through hole for the grease. If you look up the Service brake repair bushing parts it will make sense. The grease cup is not part of the repair kit.
