For those not familiar, the main chow hall at Iola is in a big barn they call "the pole barn". Good eggs & sausage breakfasts every morning, served by the local boy scouts. And some dad flipping flap-jacks, pointing to the ones on the floor he missed, "we call those floor jacks."
Then there is the great pork chop dinner with several sides! Good food, good times, good memories in Wisconsin farm country!
