Randy, my engine doesn't leak that badly only a few drops, however if you were to lay on that carpet and look up under my car you would see a piece of fabric tie strapped on from the transmission to the oil pan to catch any "potential drips" plus I had the car on the hoist before the event and spent a few hours cleaning the bottom of the car. There was a Model T next to me and they had a tarp on the carpet from the front to the back of the car.
