If you have spray gun/ compressor, use acrylic enamel or single stage mixed by TCP global in Cal. They have the Model A colors or send them a sample to custom mix.. I needed 4 qts for 5 or 6 wheels diluted with reducer and hardener. Much easier to touch up than powder coat, and store in cool/ dry location. Will last a long time.
As you know, powder coat is baked and can be used with special powder coat primers than withstand the 400+ deg. needed to fill pits, etc..
