Default Re: My "new" 1931 Phaeton

How exactly is the word officially pronounced? It's not a common word, atleast around my area and I've heard it said several different ways. Ways I had no idea someone wouldn't try to pronounce it.

(Fae-ton), (fea-ting) and I can't remember how the guy said it the last time I heard it but I believe it was (fae-eh-ti-on), said slowly and each syllable pronounced distinctly. I believe my first example is correct but not sure.

Oh and I really like you car, seems like something you can have fun in and not worry about scratches or kids crawling around on it. Since you're in California I'd have to wear a Jed Clampit hat while driving. If you're a younger fellow maybe a Jethro hat. Get some photos of that thing next to a cement pond.
