I lived in OC in the 60s and 70s. Where I got hooked on hot rodding and racing. Had a 57 gasser clone that I took to OCIR to race. Kept blowing the trans out of it. Luckly had a small wrecking yard down the road so would go in there and exchange for new one for $20. Got real good at pulling the trans out of that car. Ah the memories of youth.
