I called the local McGuire Bearing store and was told there are no US made replacements for my transmission main gear shaft.....
I asked about Timken and he said they are assembled here, but the parts come from elsewhere....
Another place carries SKF..The SKF # is 6209...they do not have it in stock..$52....
Of the four bearings I replaced all are made outside the US, I suppose any one of them could fail and the fix is the same..pull the engine again!
So I'll stick with what I have...
