Default Re: Early to mid 1928 Tudor Sedans out there?

Dan's car was built at Chicago Assy., that is cool.

Chicago is still cranking them out, building Explorers today. Our '67 Galaxie convt. was built there in Nov. 1966.

Look at all the assembly plants from the Model A era that no longer exist.

Twin Cities closure was a mistake when Ford stopped building the Ranger pickup, another huge mistake. Stopping Crown Vic production, the best cop-taxi car ever built, another BIG mistake.

Now Ford has an ex-furniture man as CEO. I don't see how they can hang on very long into the future. Ford has a history of running to the bottom, just when it looks like the lites are going out they hit a home run, do great, then implode again and drop way down it's the same old cycle goes back to the Model T era.

Sorry for getting off track from the original post just needed to vent
