I use the impactdriver on them and some just refuse to come out whatever you do...that end you can replace with any pipe plug at hand that ends up flush with the surface.
Usually ends up drilling and tapping...not to sensitive just get at it and donīt spend more time thinking...
The other end with the restrictor needs to come out in one piece for reuse preferably.
