I was thinking (I haven't tried it yet) install bottom rubber--then clip--then top rubber???? There has to be a trick to it--I can't image these doors going down the assembly line and workers running alongside the door trying to get these parts installed--would seem like a "I LOVE LUCY" TV segment. I wonder how many workers went home every night with a pocket full of rubber bumpers & clips--likewise some cars that never had them installed.
