It runs on gasoline, it's got a carb and spark plugs and distributor and coil.
Not dervish.
Cool thing though, if it turns free as you said, I'd hazard a guess it will probably run. If the valves open and close, and you've got compression, clean the plugs an points, get a spark, clean out carb, fill with gas, woohoo!
