At around 2800 rpm under decent acceleration i get some hesitation. If i ease into that range it doesn't do it and pulls good on up. But put load on it and she falls on her face a bit.
IF you are sure the IGN is 100%, the valves are adjusted properly (proper manifold vacuum), fuel pressure and delivery are 100%, then you may need to go into carb calibration. Your intake and headers are going to give you greater flow through the engine and you may have to enrichen the fuel mixture to get proper performance.

You need to find online the INTR SHEET for the kit shown below to guide you. Make sure you choose correct kit.
