Re: Kwik Poly
I talked to one of the founders today a my work, he said yes to no more Kwik Poly. A group of men that I've worked with started the business in the early 80's. The reason that it will no longer be is of a lawsuit, Dale said he is just spinning his wheels and will be lucky if he doesn't loss everything. Dale is about 80 years old and has to work every day for the company we work at, it's sad for me to see him frail, worn out, depressed state.
For those of us working on "A's" for others or for ourselves, this could happen, losing everything! All it would take would be for one 90 year old part to fail, like a brake clevis to brake and someone crashes. It makes me wonder if incomplete information on a forum could make us liable for someone's accident?
