I don't think so!!!! Maybe if all bearings are pressurized? People come up with strange ideas.
I have four Caddilac threaded hubcaps that someone drilled,tapped, and installed grease fittings???? I guess they thought pumping the hubcap full of grease would somehow magically go into the wheel bearings.
