Sorry, my mistake, I was thinking Model A four banger. In your case I think I'd install an aftermarket hot water heater. The Hadees heater they made in the day is fairly narrow and fits nicely. I bought one in a flea market and had it in a 30 coupe, it worked well and didn't take up[ too much space.
