I forgot about grinding the stems and seats for valve adjustment. I was still in overhead valve mode of thinking. will the new style valves work with factory valve guides , are the stems the same diameter ? I am trying to get this done so I can drive the car and build a more solid engine later , are the add on filter kits worth the money ? are they a snake oil set up ?
