The one I mentioned was not intended to mount on the car(I should have said that-my mistake) but to use it for balancing purposes only.Here is a link on EBAY for one that has the 4.5 & 4.75 pattern.
If you bring that page all the way up on the link there is feedback by those who have used them as I did.
Speedway makes it clear that they are not intended for street use but at the time I had no other option
