On my 1939 pickup the spare tire mount was intact accept for no locking tire cover and a missing/torn off over tire metal band/strap. I have just gotten the locking tire cover and now need the metal band/strap to complete the spare tire mount. Anyone have one even with the tire mount as well? Thanks, GaryU.
