its not that big of a deal if you have a press. i dont bother with any heat, they seem to press back in just as hard as they come out, and if any, i would use a small propane torch and not your oa as you could get it too hot. here's a pic of how i do it. you need something that fits the pinion end to push on, and something bigger than the race to push on. i use an old piece of axle tube for that heres a pic
