1952-53 Had kingpin suspension in 1954 when the I.F.S.suspension came out the inner and outer fenders were changed to clear the A arms,can you put an entire 52-53 front clip on a '54? the answer is yes, if you do a bunch of trimming and re-drilling of the mounting holes using the old '54 parts to measure and make templates from.The 52-54 hoods and hood hinges do interchange,this has been done to customize Fords by changing to a Merc front clip.Click on this for pix of a 1954 Ford crestline Victoria front clip is Mercury with a Lincoln rear clip.
