Maybe give Frank the first right of refusal.

Frank, good suggestions above. My personal choice for under the seat is the scissor jack from an import (junkyard). Also two or more cut offs from a two by four or a 4 by 4 or a brick. Something to block the opposite wheel. Remember the screw on the scissor works nicer when greased.
